Job summary

Kings III of America, via its LiftNet division, seeks a Director of Operations to own end-to-end operational delivery including field services, installations, onboarding, and post-install support. You will lead the field organization, drive performance, and partner with Tech and Commercial to align delivery capacity with the sales pipeline.

The role demands a proven ops strategist who can scale delivery, enforce safety and compliance, and build a rigorous playbook with KPIs.

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years in operations leadership/senior delivery of multi-site field or installation ops.
• Proven track record building/delivering on-time, high-quality field services.
• Strong people leadership and safety culture focus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end operational delivery across field services, installation, and onboarding.
• Lead Field Engineering Manager and field orgs; develop teams.
• Own onboarding time-to-live from contract to monitored conveyance.
• Manage project discipline: schedules, milestones, risks, and communications.
• Lead vendor, contractor, procurement, and supply-chain relationships.
