Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 15+ years of related work experience.
• 10+ years in the US Federal market with multiple agencies and existing client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide capture leadership across multiple federal opportunities, including go/no-go decisions and proposal support.
• Develop and execute detailed capture plans to win specific opportunities.
• Foster collaborative relationships between account managers and marketing for high-quality proposals.
• Lead and develop networks of internal and external partners to expand strategic teaming.
