Stantec seeks a seasoned US Federal Growth Leader to drive opportunities for the US Government and DoD portfolio nationwide and on the US West geography. The role partners with federal account managers and market leaders to position, capture, and win major federal contracts while advancing a One Stantec approach.

Proven ability to win major contracts and build client relationships.
Strong negotiation, influence and BD capabilities.

Responsibilities

Provide capture leadership on multiple federal opportunities and go/no-go decisions.
Develop and execute detailed capture plans and win strategies.
Foster collaboration between account managers and marketing for high-quality proposals.
Build networks for strategic teaming and partner alignment.
Represent major government programs in strategic planning and initiatives.
Lead client interviews and proposal preparation activities.
Assess feasibility of pursuing opportunities through go/no-go assessments.
