Job summary

Stantec seeks an experienced US Federal Growth Leader to drive capture, strategy, and teaming for federal opportunities across the US and West region. The role partners with account managers, marketing and senior leadership to position Stantec for major wins and sustained growth.

The ideal candidate combines deep federal market knowledge, strong client relationships, and proven leadership in bids, design-build, and large program contracts, with a willingness to travel and work in a hybrid

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree plus 15 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination.
10+ years of experience in the US Federal market with multiple agencies and established client relationships.

Responsibilities

Provide capture leadership on multiple federal opportunities, including go/no go, budgets, strategy, and proposal support.
Develop and execute detailed capture plans to win opportunities.
Build networks of internal and external relationships to expand strategic teaming.
Lead major opportunities with account managers and marketing teams to deliver high-quality proposals.
Travel across the US as needed (approximately 40–50%).
