Zusammenfassung

Layton Construction Company seeks an experienced Environmental Safety & Health professional to implement safety policies across multiple U.S. project sites. You will champion safety culture, lead complex risk management initiatives, and provide regulatory guidance to project teams and subcontractors. This role requires extensive travel and strong communication skills, with CCIP experience preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Safety & Health or related field.
• 5+ years of ESH experience.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, MSHA, DOT, EPA regulations.
• Accreditations preferred: CCIP, CHST, ASP, CSP, ICRA.

Aufgaben

• Implement corporate, field, and office ESH policies and procedures across assigned units and sites.
• Lead safety programs on projects and ensure compliance with CCIP and MSHA/OSHA guidance.
• Develop and review safety training, audits, and injury statistics to identify risks.
• Coordinate with VPs, regional safety managers, and government agencies (OSHA, EPA, MSHA).
• Travel regularly across the U.S. to support multiple project sites and deployments.
