Job summary

Layton Construction seeks an experienced ESH leader to drive safety programs across multiple U.S. project sites. You will champion The Layton Way, uphold Constructing with Integrity, and ensure OSHA/MSHA/DOT/EPA compliance while coordinating with project teams and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Safety & Health or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of ESH experience required.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, MSHA, DOT, EPA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Champion The Layton Way by delivering predictable outcomes for internal teams, external partners, and customers.
• Establish safety culture with Layton and subcontractors across multiple U.S. project sites.
• Manage safety programs on all projects, including CCIP and risk management initiatives.
• Provide regulatory review, interpretation, and technical guidance.
• Review audits, observations, and injury statistics to identify risks and propose structured safety programs.
