Indeed Flex is seeking a National Sales Manager to lead its National Accounts team across the Industrial and Hospitality sectors. You will develop and coach the team, driving customer outcomes and managing senior relationships with corporate accounts.

This role offers competitive compensation ranging from $125,000 to $150,000 annually, with on-target earnings of up to $225,000 including bonuses. Additional benefits include medical, dental, vision, and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in enterprise sales or strategic account management.
• 2+ years leading a sales or account management team.
• Strong commercial judgement and forecasting discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the National Accounts team.
• Own senior stakeholder relationships for key corporate accounts.
• Coach the team to close national and multi-site deals.
