Job summary

Linde seeks an Executive Director of National Electronics in Phoenix, AZ to define priorities and drive performance across multiple plants. You will lead operations, ensure safety and environmental compliance, and align with Linde’s business strategy at a national scale.

The role demands 15+ years in operations, strong P&L leadership, and a proven ability to manage diverse teams while delivering reliable plant performance and customer-focused outcomes.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of operational experience in manufacturing, distribution, or similar functions.
• 15+ years in plant management, with demonstrated success leading complex operations.
• Experience in the semiconductor industry or as a supplier to semiconductor fabs.
• Strong understanding of P&L management and ability to influence financial results.

Responsibilities

• Set priorities, plans and objectives for manufacturing and distribution across multiple plants.
• Direct teams to meet safety, environmental and financial goals.
• Develop and manage operational plans and budgets across regions.
• Coordinate with electronics team in the US for plant planning and projects.
• Lead startups of new plants and facilities and mentor plant operations teams.
