As the Executive Director of National Electronics, you will define priorities, plans, and objectives for manufacturing and distribution across multiple plants. You'll leverage your expert knowledge of operations and deep understanding of Linde's business strategy to ensure flawless execution and drive performance at the national levels Collaboration, strategic foresight, and operational discipline will be key as you work within a dynamic environment to meet safety, environmental, and financial goals. This position is responsible for dedicated electronics on site facilities. This includes air separation plants, site gas services, analytical equipment, hydrogen production, and bulk gas yards. The Executive Director of National Electronics leads a team of operations personnel across a wide range of technical and leadership skills. This person must be agile and able to work with ambiguity; the nature of operations means priorities shift quickly so you must be able to move between tasks without losing momentum. Our industry is rapidly growing and changing, requiring someone who can adapt quickly to the changing requirements.
