Job summary

360 Fire & Flood is seeking an experienced Director of Environmental Health & Safety to lead the company’s safety, compliance, and risk-management programs across its national operations. You will establish consistent safety standards, drive regulatory compliance, and reduce injuries and incidents while partnering with Operations, HR, and insurance partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Safety Management, Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Health & Safety, Construction Management, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• CSP/ASP/CHST certifications strongly preferred; additional safety certifications are a plus.
• Experience with OSHA compliance, incident investigations, root-cause analysis, and risk reduction across multi-location operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and continuous improvement of EHS programs, policies and standards across all locations.
• Maintain regulatory compliance with OSHA and safety/environmental requirements.
• Oversee jobsite inspections, hazard assessments, safe work practices and corrective actions.
• Lead investigations of injuries, vehicle accidents, near misses, and safety events with root-cause analysis.
• Develop safety and risk metrics; report trends and actionable recommendations to leadership.
• Support M&A and multi-location integrations by standardizing safety across locations.
