Job summary

SendCutSend Inc. is seeking a Director of Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) to lead the development and execution of company-wide environmental, health, and safety programs across multiple manufacturing facilities.

You will build and sustain a world-class safety culture, ensure regulatory compliance, and enable sustainable growth. As the strategic EHS leader, you will partner with operations, facilities, engineering, HR, and executive leadership to drive proactive risk management,

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive EHS leadership in manufacturing or related environments.
• 5+ years leading multi-site EHS programs and teams.
• Strong working knowledge of OSHA regulations and environmental compliance standards.
• Experience conducting incident investigations and root-cause analysis.
• Proven ability to drive safety culture improvements and change management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive EHS strategy across multiple facilities.
• Maintain safety management systems, policies, procedures, and training programs.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations (OSHA, etc.).
• Lead incident investigations, root-cause analyses, corrective actions, and trend analyses.
• Develop environmental programs including waste management, hazardous materials handling, air quality, and sustainability initiatives.
• Conduct facility audits and risk assessments to identify improvement opportunities and reduce risk.
• Partner with operations leaders to drive employee engagement and accountability for safety.
• Develop EHS metrics, dashboards, and reporting systems for leadership communication.
• Lead emergency preparedness, business continuity, and crisis response planning.
• Manage workers' compensation, return-to-work programs, and injury prevention initiatives.
• Support facility expansions ensuring EHS considerations are integrated into project planning.
• Build a high-performing EHS team and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies.
