Job summary

Atlas Copco Compressors LLC is seeking a Distributor Development Manager to strengthen the distributor network, streamline onboarding, and align processes with Atlas Copco standards.

You will review and improve internal tools, prepare market analyses, and collaborate with sales leaders to ensure distributors quote accurately and meet quality targets. This is a fully remote role with up to 25% local travel.

Qualifications

• Must be a proven leader who is able to work independently and has excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel, as well as in SAP Cloud 4 Customer.
• Some travel is required. Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen our distributor base by streamlining onboarding processes in accordance with Atlas Copco standards.
• Review and develop internal processes and tools for efficiency and prepare related business development reports.
• Identify new potential distributors and contribute to market analysis and growth strategies.
