Job summary

Old World Industries, LLC. is seeking a National Distribution Manager to lead distribution-partner strategies and optimize service performance. The role collaborates across departments to improve service levels, manage costs, and strengthen distributor relationships.

Strong customer focus and cross-functional teamwork are essential. The position requires 5+ years in logistics or sales, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and preferably Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in logistics and/or sales.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and SAP preferred.
• Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct business reviews with distribution partners to assess service performance.
• Communicate account-specific needs, forecasts, data requirements, and reporting expectations.
• Serve as escalation point for Distributor Support Service Team and resolve issues.
• Monitor distributor KPIs, including on-time performance and NCRs.
• Review MOQs and perform dry runs by account.
• Develop and implement sustainable service strategies across partners.
• Review new account contracts and agreements and provide recommendations.
• Track RDA-related services by FOB terms and monitor volume trends.
• Review NCRs and manage corrective actions across networks.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve service and support customer needs.
• Conduct distributor site visits to evaluate operations and strengthen partnerships.
