Job summary

Fortune Brands Innovations, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Distribution - Springwell Operations to lead end-to-end distribution, fulfillment, inventory control and planning.

You will drive daily execution, establish priorities, and coach a high-performing team while ensuring safety, quality and cost targets are met. The role requires 7+ years in distribution or operations leadership, a Bachelor’s in a related field, and strong experience with WMS/WCS/ERP/SAP.

Qualifications

• Degree preferred in logistics, supply chain or related field.
• 7+ years in distribution, logistics, supply chain, or ops leadership.
• 3+ years supervising cross-functional teams in warehousing or fulfillment.
• Experience leading safe operations and OSHA/compliance.
• Inventory control, fulfillment, shipping, and material flow experience.
• Lean, Kaizen, 5S or similar continuous-improvement experience.
• APICS certification a plus; strong data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end operational execution for Springwell including distribution and shipping.
• Lead operating rhythm with priorities and resource alignment to meet targets.
• Build and develop a high-performing leadership team with accountability.
• Promote safety/compliance culture and discipline across all areas.
• Develop capacity plans aligning staffing, equipment and demand.
• Monitor KPIs on safety, service, inventory accuracy, and cost.
• Drive continuous improvement and scalable operations using Lean principles.
• Own inventory control, cycle counts, and transaction accuracy.
• Utilize WMS/WCS/ERP/SAP data to improve visibility and decision-making.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with commercial, finance, HR, and logistics.
• Manage operating budgets, labor plans and productivity targets.
