Job summary

Breakthrough T1D is seeking a National Director, Workplace Giving & Engagement to drive a national strategy for workplace giving and matching gifts. You’ll lead vendor relationships, forecast revenue, and coordinate cross-channel campaigns across the organization.

This role partners with Global Development to expand donor participation and revenue, supervising staff and aligning channels while traveling up to 30% for partner engagement and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years campaign management and fundraising, with 7+ figures annually for workplace giving.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a national strategy to grow workplace giving and matching gifts.
• Oversee forecasting, campaign development, and cross-channel activation.
• Collaborate with Global Development to embed matching gift strategies.
