Breakthrough T1D is seeking a Philanthropic Engagement Senior Manager to lead a strategic donor program in the Illinois Territory. You will build and manage a mid-level donor and corporate sponsor portfolio, drive fundraising initiatives, and align with national partners to maximize revenue.

• Minimum 5–7 years of fundraising experience with mid-level and corporate giving.
• Proven track record in meeting fundraising targets and donor stewardship.
• Experience collaborating with volunteers and national teams to drive revenue.

Responsibilities

• Personally develop a robust mid-level donor and corporate sponsor base up to $100k.
• Cultivate and solicit an assigned portfolio and elevate prospects to national partners.
• Collaborate with leadership and program teams to ensure donor engagement and pipeline health.
• Document donor activity in CRM and communicate progress to leadership.
• Coordinate with volunteers and executives to build cultivation strategies.
