Job summary

Breakthrough T1D seeks a seasoned AVP, Corporate Partnerships to lead a high‑impact partnerships portfolio and a cross‑functional team. The role drives enterprise‑level strategy, negotiation, and executive engagement across national accounts and the Ford Global Action Team.

You will collaborate with research, advocacy, marketing, legal, and field staff to ensure timely delivery of partnership assets, renewals, and strategic upgrades, while advancing Breakthrough T1D’s mission.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in corporate partnerships, nonprofit sales, or account management with multi-million portfolios.
• 5+ years in a leadership role with proven team development and revenue delivery.
• Expertise in consultative account management, contract negotiations, and renewals/upgrades.
• Experience managing diverse portfolios including national accounts and high-touch partnerships.
• Ability to map accounts to business objectives and demonstrate ROI and mission impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team responsible for corporate and industry partnerships, and Ford Global Action Team, driving revenue goals.
• Oversee a portfolio generating $15-20 million+ annually with accountable standards and growth strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver partnership commitments and optimize asset delivery.
