Job summary

MDVIP is seeking an Executive Director, Practice Opening to lead a national team and drive hundreds of new physician office openings each year. You will oversee site selection, buildout, enrollment, credentialing, IT setup, and operations while ensuring top-tier doctor satisfaction and adherence to budget and timelines.

You will manage external vendors and internal partners, coach a high-performing team, and optimize playbooks across the organization to scale MDVIP’s national footprint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; 7 years of experience; 4 years in executive director roles.
• MBA or leadership education preferred; healthcare or service delivery background is a plus.
• Experience leading practice openings or large-scale project implementations in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Stand up hundreds of de novo physician offices and drives on-time openings.
• Develop and manage opening checklists, docs, and progress reporting.
• Manage external vendors (real estate, GC, suppliers) and internal stakeholders.
• Coach and develop a national team of Practice Opening Managers.
• Ensure doctor satisfaction, budget adherence, and timely milestones.
• Escalate blockers and collaborate with IT, legal, and operations.
