Job summary

Reporting to the Executive Director, this role supports the transition of ownership and patient care.

The role requires strong negotiation, strategic planning, and financial analysis skills, with travel up to 50% in a dynamic, mission-driven organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, administration or related field required.
• Six+ years in healthcare account management, practice brokerage or related field.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects and driving results.
• Strong financial acumen including contract and financial analyses.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end succession process for physician practices.
• Coordinate across departments to ensure timely execution of sales.
• Negotiate physician contracts and disclose key business information.
