Job summary

CAMP Facility Services, LLC in Houston, TX, seeks a Director of Maintenance, Repair & Mitigation to lead national M&R, Mitigation, and Small Restoration operations. This role owns the P&L, sets growth and pricing, and guides project directors and local leaders across markets.

You will establish operating standards, drive profitability, coordinate with Finance, Safety, Risk and Legal, and ensure rapid response during major events.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in restoration, mitigation, construction, maintenance, or related field.
• 5+ years leading operational or senior project leaders.
• Demonstrated P&L accountability and multi-market leadership.
• Strong knowledge of mitigation, emergency response, and restoration processes.
• Travel nationally and respond outside normal business hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Own consolidated P&L for M/R, Mitigation, and Small Restoration across all markets.
• Lead, coach, and hold leaders accountable for financial, operational, client, safety, and growth results.
• Establish national operating standards and playbooks from intake to closeout.
• Set pricing strategy and guardrails for M/R and mitigation work.
• Lead large-loss and CAT mitigation readiness and response across markets.
• Ensure proper documentation, compliance, and preconstruction handoffs for large restorations.
