Job summary

McCabe Restoration, an Endurant Disaster Recovery company, seeks a Director, Emergency Services – Mitigation & Contents to lead mitigation and contents restoration across Memphis-based operations and the Tennessee/Mid-South markets.

Reporting to the VP of Operations, you will own P&L for these divisions, ensure IICRC and safety compliance, and scale operations through managers and field crews while partnering with insurers and referral partners during large-loss events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, construction management or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7+ years in disaster restoration/mitigation with multi-site or senior leadership experience.
• IICRC certifications required (WRT & ASD); FSRT preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and day-to-day leadership for mitigation and contents service lines across Memphis-based markets.
• Develop, standardize, and enforce SOPs, quality control, and safety protocols (IICRC/OSHA).
• Recruit, lead, and develop mitigation and contents managers, supervisors, and field technicians.
• Own P&L for mitigation and contents divisions including budgeting, labor planning, and job costing.
• Build relationships with insurance carriers, adjusters, and referral partners to drive revenue growth.
• Lead large-loss and catastrophe (CAT) response planning and coordination.
