Job summary

McCabe Restoration, an Endurant Disaster Recovery company, seeks a Director, Emergency Services – Mitigation & Contents to lead mitigation and contents service lines in Memphis and surrounding markets. You will drive high-quality emergency response, scale operational processes, and manage a team of managers, supervisors, and field crews.

Reporting to the VP of Operations, you will own P&L performance, ensure compliance with IICRC/OSHA, and foster strong insurer relationships while guiding rapid,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, construction management, or related field.
• 7+ years in disaster restoration/mitigation; 3+ years in a senior role.
• IICRC certifications required (WRT/ASD); FSRT preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Experience managing P&L, budgets, and job costing.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for mitigation and contents service lines across Memphis and TN/Mid-South markets.
• Develop and enforce SOPs, quality control, and safety per IICRC and OSHA standards.
• Lead managers, supervisors, and technicians; mentor staff.
• Own P&L for mitigation and contents divisions; manage budgeting and labor planning.
• Build relationships with insurers, adjusters, and referral partners to grow revenue.
• Coordinate large-loss and CAT response; manage staffing surges.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement; ensure compliance and certifications.
• Collaborate with sales, reconstruction, and administrative teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
