LVI Associates, in partnership with a leading global electrical contractor, seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale data center and mission critical electrical construction from preconstruction through turnover.

The role focuses on managing budgets, schedules, vendor coordination, and stakeholder relationships while driving safety, quality, and compliance across all phases. This position offers strong career progression and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction project management experience.
• 5+ years managing large-scale electrical projects within data center or mission critical sector.
• Strong understanding of project financials, forecasting, scheduling, and client management.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of large-scale data center and mission critical electrical construction projects.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and resource planning.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee project teams to ensure successful execution from preconstruction through closeout.
• Review estimates, project proposals, scopes of work, and change orders.
• Manage procurement activities and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely material delivery.
• Monitor financial performance and provide regular updates to senior leadership.
• Drive project safety, quality, and compliance standards across all phases of construction.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve project challenges.
• Mentor and develop Project Managers, Project Engineers, and field teams.
