What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support operational decision-making within the cyber claims framework
- Collaborate with carriers to enhance claim processes and evaluate performance in claims handling
- Develop systems for collecting and reporting claims data, and implement knowledge-sharing initiatives
- Facilitate communication among teams and stakeholders to align on claim strategies and operational goals
- Provide guidance on complex cyber claims and act as a liaison between clients and insurers

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Substantial claims experience with strong knowledge of insurance carrier claims services
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field required; law degree preferred (J.D., AIC, ARM, CIC, or CRM)
- Strong technical knowledge of cyber lines of coverage and information technology systems
- Must be accessible outside of normal business hours for urgent issues
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, adjust priorities, and maintain attention to detail
