What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with carriers to enhance the claims process and evaluate their performance
- Develop systems for collecting, analyzing, and reporting claims data
- Facilitate communication among teams to align on claim strategies and operational goals
- Provide guidance on complex cyber claims and act as a liaison for clients and insurers
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to present findings to stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Substantial claims experience with strong knowledge of insurance carrier claims services
- Bachelor's degree in a related field required; law degree preferred
- Strong technical knowledge of cyber lines of coverage and information technology systems
- Must be accessible outside of normal business hours for urgent issues
- Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and influencing skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Professional designations such as J.D., AIC, ARM, CIC, or CRM
- Experience in managing complex negotiations and influencing outcomes
- Familiarity with cyber incident trends and regulatory changes
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate at all levels
