What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with carriers to enhance the claims process and evaluate performance in claims handling
- Develop systems for collecting, analyzing, and reporting on claims data
- Facilitate communication among teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on claim strategies
- Provide guidance on complex cyber claims and act as a client advocate with carrier partners
- Create and maintain regular reports and dashboards to present findings to management

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Substantial claims experience with strong knowledge of insurance carrier claims services
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field required; law degree preferred
- Strong technical knowledge of cyber lines of coverage and information technology systems
- Must be accessible outside of normal business hours for urgent issues
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously

- J.D., AIC, ARM, CIC, or CRM, equivalent preferred
- Experience with negotiation and influencing skills
- High sense of urgency with excellent interpersonal skills
