What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support operational decision-making and improve efficiencies within the cyber claims framework
- Collaborate with carriers to enhance the claims process and evaluate their performance
- Implement knowledge-sharing initiatives and training programs on consultative claims management techniques
- Act as a liaison between clients, insurers, and internal teams to improve claims management processes
- Develop and maintain regular reports and dashboards to present findings to stakeholders

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Substantial claims experience, with strong knowledge of insurance carrier claims services
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field required; law degree preferred (J.D., AIC, ARM, CIC, or CRM)
- Strong technical knowledge of cyber lines of coverage and information technology systems
- Must be accessible outside of normal business hours for urgent issues
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
