Gypsum Management and Supply, Inc. - Atlanta is hiring a Corporate Claims Manager to oversee complex insurance claims nationwide, including investigations, settlement strategies, and risk management collaboration.

The role drives cost control and minimizes risk across the organization. The position requires at least 5 years in claims/risk operations, strong analytical and negotiation skills, and a track record of coordinating with TPAs, legal counsel, and executives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of related experience in claims administration, risk management, or insurance operations.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong knowledge of Property, General Liability, Auto Liability, and Workers’ Compensation claims handling.
• Multi-jurisdictional claims management across the United States and Canada.

Responsabilités

• Manage Property, General Liability, Auto Liability, and Workers’ Compensation claims in the US and Canada.
• Lead post-accident investigations and supervise claim documentation.
• Oversee TPAs and ensure adherence to service instructions and strategies.
• Review reserve changes and claim payment requests for accuracy and necessity.
• Provide settlement recommendations aligned with risk management goals.
