Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in safety-related field required.
• Experience in industrial/construction safety management preferred.
• OSHA 510 and 30-hour Construction training or ability to obtain after hire.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement company-wide safety policies and site-specific safety plans.
• Lead investigations of injuries, incidents, and near-misses using root cause analysis.
• Coordinate OSHA training and ensure regulatory compliance across multiple project sites.
• Monitor safety KPIs, perform risk assessments, and drive continuous improvement.
