Job summary

Ampirical Solutions LLC is seeking a Site Safety Manager who will oversee safety on construction and project sites. This 100% travel role requires enforcing health and safety policies, conducting site inspections, and guiding site safety managers.

Key duties include leading safety programs, audits, training, incident investigations, regulatory compliance (OSHA), risk management, and documentation. Requires HS diploma, bachelor's preferred, and safety certifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of direct Industrial and/or Construction Safety experience.
• High School Diploma / GED required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Must hold a recognized safety certification from the listed options.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee site safety plans across all projects.
• Direct regular site inspections and audits to identify hazards.
• Lead safety training, orientations, and kickoff meetings.
• Manage incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and client requirements.
• Mentor site safety managers to deliver training.
