Job summary

Cotton is seeking a Construction Project Director to oversee national project coordination from Atlanta, GA. You will drive multi-team collaboration to deliver projects on time and on budget, while building key client relationships and ensuring high-quality service.

You will manage scopes, estimates, contracts, and change orders, and coordinate with regional leaders to maximize regional synergies. Travel domestically and internationally is required as part of delivering large-scale restoration

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Must proficiency in Xactimate and project management software.
• Minimum 7 years of construction project management and project estimating.
• Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships and communicate across all levels.
• Good driving record and ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong business relationships with adjusters, property owners, facility managers, and other clients to generate commercial opportunities.
• Prepare scopes of work, estimates, contracts, and initiate project operations with proper file management and invoicing.
• Partner with regional leaders to align regional efforts and create synergies.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure projects are executed as planned and meet Cotton's standards.
• Draft accurate estimates in line with company guidelines and secure signed contracts before start.
• Identify steps to launch production while mobilizing resources and management.
• Monitor field staff performance and drive timely collection of payments.
