Job summary

Cotton in Ft. Lauderdale is seeking a Restoration Project Director to lead large-scale restoration projects, drive client engagement, and oversee operational execution from scope to delivery while upholding our standards.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external clients, prepare scopes of work, estimates and contracts, ensure seamless project initiation and completion, manage invoicing and change orders, and safeguard project profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in restoration or a related field.
• Must have proficiency in Time & Material billing, remediation, mitigation, and abatement.
• Strong ability to build relationships, lead teams, and manage client expectations.
• Excellent decision-making, conflict resolution, and multitasking skills in fast-paced environments.
• Must meet company driving requirements, including age, experience, and a clean driving history.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the execution of restoration projects while ensuring service delivery and operational efficiency.
• Work with internal teams and external clients to manage scopes, estimates, contracts, and project initiation/completion.
• Coordinate with the Regional Marketing Director and Operations Manager to drive growth.
• Communicate with project managers to maintain high service quality and company standards.
• Ensure compliance with company protocols, policies, and financial reporting.
• Manage invoicing, change orders, and collections to maintain project profitability.
• Resolve conflicts with customers and adjusters while optimizing solutions for new work.
