Job summary

Cotton is seeking a Construction Project Director in Atlanta, GA, to coordinate multi-region construction projects and trusted client relationships. You will drive scopes, estimates, and contracts, and shepherd projects from start to finish with cross-functional teams.

Travel domestically and internationally is required to meet project needs. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree, 7+ years in construction PM/estimating, and proficiency with Xactimate and PM software.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of construction project management and estimating experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Proficiency with Xactimate and project management software.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage large-scale construction projects across regions.
• Build and maintain client relationships and manage project scopes.
• Prepare scopes, estimates, and contracts; ensure timely invoicing.
• Collaborate with regional teams to align marketing and operations.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to standard.
• Record changes, resolve issues, and secure necessary approvals.
