Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency in Xactimate and project management software.
• 7+ years of construction project management and project estimating.
• Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships and communicate effectively across all levels.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage project scopes with multiple teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Develop and maintain client relationships with adjusters, property owners, facility managers, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare scopes of work, estimates, contracts, and ensure proper invoicing and file management.
• Collaborate with regional leaders to align efforts and create regional synergies.
• Draft change orders and secure signed contracts before project start.
• Monitor field staff performance and ensure high-quality service delivery.
