Job summary

Cotton Holdings, Inc. is seeking a National Project Director to oversee large-scale project coordination across multiple regions. You will drive business relationships, manage project scopes, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high standards of service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency in Xactimate and project management software.
• 7+ years of construction project management and project estimating.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, adjusters, and property owners to generate opportunities.
• Prepare scopes of work, estimates, contracts, and initiate project operations.
• Collaborate with regional leaders to create regional synergies and ensure alignment.
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery.
• Draft estimates and secure signed contracts prior to project start.
• Manage changes and ensure timely invoicing and collection.
