Job summary

Cotton Holdings, Inc. is seeking a National Project Director in Dallas, TX to coordinate large-scale construction projects and strengthen client relationships.

You will drive scopes, estimates, contracts, and project operations across multiple regions, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and high service standards. Applicants need a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 7+ years of PM/estimating experience, proficiency in Xactimate, and a willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency in Xactimate and project management software.
• Minimum 7 years of construction project management and project estimating.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships and communicate across all levels.
• Good driving record and willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong business relationships with adjusters, property owners, facility managers, and other key clientele.
• Prepare scopes of work, estimates, contracts, and initiate project operations with proper file management.
• Partner with the Regional Marketing Director and Regional Operations Manager to align efforts.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure projects are executed as planned and with high quality.
• Follow company policies, protocols, accounting procedures, and reporting requirements.
• Draft accurate estimates and secure signed contracts prior to project start.
• Identify steps to launch production while mobilizing resources.
• Exercise sound judgment to resolve issues and secure potential work.
• Complete and document Change Orders and inform project managers of updates.
• Develop solutions tailored to client and adjuster needs.
• Secure projects in competitive bidding situations.
• Manage conflict resolution with customers and adjusters.
• Monitor and ensure field staff performance and productivity.
• Oversee project scope changes, timely invoicing, and prompt payments.
