Job summary

ArchKey Solutions is seeking a Construction Executive with national travel to lead multiple large projects across the USA. You will partner with senior leadership on strategies, manage budgets, schedules, and client relationships, and drive business development.

The role requires strong leadership, problem solving, and adherence to company standards. The ideal candidate has extensive project management experience, high-level communication, and a track record of delivering complex construction

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 8–10 years in project management and leadership for large projects.
• Experience with project lifecycle, budgeting, scheduling, and invoicing.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, codes, and safety standards.
• Proficiency with estimating, negotiating, and budgeting techniques.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple large regional or national projects from start to finish.
• Oversee budgets, scheduling, quality control, and client satisfaction.
• Develop business opportunities and negotiate project contracts.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and maintain project documentation.
• Mentor staff and promote LEAN continuous improvement.
