Job summary

ArchKey Solutions LLC is seeking a Project Manager for electrical construction with national travel. The role will provide administrative and technical direction for projects, ensuring they align with design, NEC, budget, and schedule.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of PM experience, with strong skills in planning, negotiation, and coordination across General Contractors, Subcontractors, and unions. This position travels nationwide to project sites and requires autonomy and problem-solving

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in electrical, mechanical, civil engineering, PM, or related field.
• 3–5 years of project management experience with full project lifecycle.
• Experience with construction software: Procore, Accubid, Revit, CAD, Navisworks.
• Strong knowledge of electrical contracts, plans, drawings, and specs.
• Excellent financial, analytical, and mathematical skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee total construction and design to meet NEC, budget, and schedule.
• Coordinate with General Contractors, Subcontractors, and union officials.
• Approve staff transactions and supervise project staffing and wages.
• Support planning, scheduling, and engineering functions.
• Assist in estimating, bid proposals, and change orders.
• Ensure safety programs and OSHA compliance.
