ArchKey Solutions seeks a Project Director to lead multiple regional or national electrical construction projects. You will staff, budget, schedule, assure quality, resolve issues, coordinate with clients, and drive project invoicing and payments to ensure client satisfaction and profitability.

The role requires strong executive presence, autonomous problem solving, and a growth mindset with prior experience in medium voltage and field construction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in project management, business administration, construction engineering/management, or a related field.
• 7–8 years of project management and leadership experience; min 5 years managing people.
• 3–5 years of medium voltage underground electrical installation experience.
• Field construction experience; knowledge of electrical code; ability to read contracts, plans, drawings, and specs.
• Experience with Accubid, Revit, CAD, SKM, AGI, Navisworks and/or BIM systems.
• Strong business analysis, budgeting, contracting, scheduling, and cost control skills.

Responsabilités

• Partner with senior leadership to create strategic objectives and drive business development.
• Direct all phases of projects to achieve quality and profitability; ensure contracts are fulfilled.
• Plan and manage project activities to optimize labor, materials, and equipment efficiency.
• Communicate with project teams, contractors, and designers on costs, staffing, and schedules; manage documentation.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders; mentor and coach staff.
• Create and manage annual budgets; stay informed on procedures, policies, and new technologies.
