Job summary

ArchKey Solutions LLC is seeking a Project Manager - Electrical Construction with national travel to lead complex electrical projects across the U.S. You will provide administrative and technical direction, manage project scope, budget, schedule, and safety compliance on-site at national team sites.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in an engineering/related field, 3–5 years of PM experience, and proficiency with Procore, Revit, CAD, and BIM tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical, civil engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of project management experience.
• Experience with construction software: Procore, Accubid, Revit, CAD, SKM, AGI, Navisworks and/or BIM tools.
• Knowledge of NEC, budgeting, costing, scheduling, and OSHA safety standards.
• Strong communication, leadership, teamwork and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee total construction and design effort to ensure NEC, budget and schedule compliance.
• Coordinate communication among General Contractors, Subcontractors, Superintendents and unions.
• Authorize project staff selections and wage decisions.
• Provide directions to planning, scheduling and engineering functions.
• Participate in estimating projects and writing bid proposals.
• Review requisitions, approvals, invoices, and change orders.
• Ensure safety programs and OSHA compliance on site.
• Maintain all project documentation and logs.
