Job summary

STO Building Group is seeking a construction professional to develop, manage, and complete job plans under the guidance of the Site Superintendent and Project Manager. The role operates nationwide and requires relocation.

You will review plans, devise project schedules, procure tools and labor, coordinate with architects and owners, monitor progress, and ensure safety and quality. A Bachelor’s in construction management and 2+ years in ground-up commercial projects are required; BIM360

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field required or equivalent experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven knowledge of construction processes and building codes.
• Experience with BIM360 or similar and ability to learn new tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and complete a job plan for an assigned project.
• Review plans and specifications to fully understand requirements.
• Procure tools, labor, and materials and coordinate with subs and owners.
• Monitor progress, safety, and quality to meet schedules and budgets.
• Communicate progress and issues with supervisors, clients, and teams.
