Job summary

Premier Design + Build Group seeks an assistant superintendent to oversee daily on-site operations for client construction projects, coordinating subcontractors, materials, equipment, scheduling, inspections, quality control, and safety.

This role ensures work progresses on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with plans, specifications and local codes across ground-up and tenant improvement projects.

Qualifications

• Oversees on-site operations and coordination with subcontractors.
• Ensures safety policies and site rules are followed.
• Manages project scheduling, inspections, and quality control.
• Maintains daily site logs and project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Set up and secure jobsite at start/end of day.
• Coordinate subcontractor activities and schedules.
• Verify insurance and contract compliance of subcontractors.
• Ensure work adheres to plans, specs, and codes.
• Represent company in meetings and site communications.
