• Assist in curative issue resolution and tracking outstanding items.
• Prepare endorsements and supporting materials for underwriting review.
• Maintain detailed notes and audit-ready documentation.
• Support post-closing processes and final document delivery.
• Monitor workflow and meet deadlines and service expectations.
• Provide administrative and technical support for underwriting projects.
