Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of commercial title processing or related CRE transaction experience.
• Experience assisting senior underwriters in evaluating complex commercial transactions.
• Strong understanding of title insurance, underwriting, title commitments, surveys, and CRE docs.
• Experience coordinating with lenders, attorneys, brokers, buyers, sellers, and other stakeholders.
• Ability to work with underwriters, processors, closers, and external partners.

Aufgaben

• Open and establish new transaction files; draft preliminary requirements and notes for title commitments.
• Review purchase/loan documents, affidavits, title docs, surveys to identify issues and risks.
• Coordinate all aspects of commercial title orders from opening to closing.
• Assist senior underwriters with gathering and organizing documents for underwriting decisions.
• Order and review due diligence items (title searches, UCCs, tax certs, etc.).
• Analyze title searches, surveys, and legal descriptions to identify defects.
