Job summary

Encore offers a National College Leadership Program (NCLP) designed to train graduates for management roles in operations, production, or sales across a nationwide venue network. Trainees participate in rotations, gain hands-on experience in live event venues, and complete ENCORE University certifications.

Upon successful completion, individuals are prepared for immediate placement into Operations, Production, or Venue Sales Manager roles, with a starting base salary and potential bonus

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; hospitality, business/management, communications, event management, theater preferred.
• At least 1 year of related work experience; management/operations/hospitality a plus.
• Strong interest in a management career with advancement opportunities.
• Excellent communication, listening, and presentation skills.
• Effective leadership and customer-satisfaction focus.
• Technical aptitude and openness to new technology.
• Willingness to relocate to major metro markets.
• Ability to work at hotel locations.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Technical, Operations and Sales rotations.
• Hands-on learning in venues alongside field leaders.
• Certifications through ENCORE University Academies – Leadership, Technical, Operations, Sales, and Service.
• Placement into Operations Manager, Associate Producer, Director of Events or Venue Sales Manager on successful completion.
