Encore is offering a National College Leadership Program (NCLP) in the United States. Trainees will rotate through Technical, Operations, and Sales roles during a 5-month Manager in Training program, with eventual placement in Operations Manager or Sales Manager positions across 2100+ venues.

Qualifikationen

• BA/BS degree required; preference for Hospitality, Business/Management, Communications, Event Management, Theater, or related field.
• At least 1 year of related professional work experience or internships; management/operations hospitality experience a plus.
• Strong interest in a management career with potential for advancement.
• Excellent communication, listening, and presentation skills.
• Leadership abilities and customer satisfaction focus.
• Technical aptitude with interest in new technology.

Aufgaben

• Support placement into Operations Manager or Sales Manager roles with focus on service excellence and staff development.
• Guide customers through event experiences and maximize revenue capture using available tools.
• Participate in rotations across Technical, Operations and Sales during training.
