Encore is seeking candidates for the National College Leadership Program (NCLP) in Columbus, Ohio. The program starts with 5 months of training across operations, sales and technical rotations, conducted at the corporate office in Chicago and in our venues nationwide.

Qualifications

• 4-year college graduate with a BA/BS degree required; preference for Hospitality, Business/Management, Communications, Event Management, Theater, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage floor operations to achieve service excellence with a focus on customer service, staff leadership, performance management and development.
• Guide customers through event experiences and identify solutions to meet their goals and objectives, resulting in a compelling event experience.
• Participate in rotations across Technical, Operations and Sales during training; hands-on learning in venues alongside field leaders.
