Job summary

OrthoMed Anesthesia seeks a Clinical Programs Manager to lead national relationships with anesthesia education programs, coordinating rotations and events to build early-career talent pipelines and connect students to opportunities.

In this hybrid, Exempt role, you will manage partnerships with program directors and faculty, oversee rotation launches, engagement activities, and a centralized candidate pipeline, while traveling nationally as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, marketing, or related field.
• Three+ years of experience in university relations, campus recruiting, clinical education, healthcare recruitment, provider relations, or program management.
• Proven ability to build and sustain relationships with academic and clinical stakeholders.
• Strong presentation, event-planning, written communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel nationally and attend occasional evening or weekend events.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prioritize, and engage clinical anesthesia programs nationwide based on OrthoMed Anesthesia's workforce needs.
• Coordinate clinical rotations, affiliation agreements, and ongoing management of rotation partnerships.
• Maintain regular communication with students before, during, and after rotations to sustain engagement.
• Develop relationships with students and residents through graduation and job-readiness milestones.
• Represent OrthoMed Anesthesia at conferences, career fairs, and networking events.
• Create and maintain a centralized pipeline tracker and ensure timely handoffs to Clinical Recruiters.
