Job summary

Midmark Corporation seeks a Clinical Education Manager to direct clinical education across our nationwide programs. You will lead 1099 vendors and internal resources, ensuring high-quality pre- and post-sales training for medical products.

Reporting to the Director of Service Operations with clinical oversight from the Chief Medical Officer, you will collaborate across Service Operations, Sales Enablement, Product, and Learning & Development to scale education initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or clinically relevant field required.
Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in cardiac or primary care environments.
2+ years managing field-based educators or third-party vendors preferred.
Experience with EMR platforms (Epic, Cerner) and clinical workflow optimization preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead a nationwide network of 1099 clinical training vendors and internal resources.
Oversee development and delivery of customer training for medical products.
Ensure SOPs and curricula reflect current education standards and product updates.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align education with installations and timelines.
