Job summary

Heartland Dental seeks a Clinical Education Program Supervisor, Hands-On Learning to lead and operationalize hands-on clinical education initiatives. You will partner with internal teams, vendors, and educational partners to drive engagement, track outcomes, and continuously improve learner experiences across multiple offices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in clinical education, education operations, program management, healthcare operations, learning and development, or related fields.
• Experience leading complex programs with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience using data, reporting, and performance metrics to drive outcomes.
• Experience providing leadership, coaching, mentoring, or team oversight.
• Dental/healthcare/education industry experience.
• Data analysis, reporting, dashboard development and metric management.
• Operational planning and project coordination.
• Process improvement and workflow optimization.
• Leadership, coaching, and team development.
• Stakeholder relationship management.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to coordinate complex initiatives across multiple stakeholders and drive projects from planning through implementation.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on learning initiatives and program operations.
• Oversee program execution, timelines, deliverables, and readiness.
• Coordinate participant selection, enrollment, scheduling, completion tracking, and follow-up.
• Monitor capacity and utilization to optimize participation.
• Ensure consistency across learning experiences and implementation processes.
• Serve as escalation point for operational challenges.
